Spotlight on Anaheim Interfaith Shelter

Since 1987, Anaheim Interfaith Shelter/Halcyon has been serving homeless families with children in a nine month transitional housing program. Through weekly case management services focusing heavily on debt repayment, savings and budgeting classes, these working parents are able to focus on regaining permanent housing and stability for their family. Supportive services include an on-site food pantry, a private, furnished apartment for each family, transportation assistance and access to mental health services, parenting classes and vocational training opportunities.
